One of the better Nigerian films released in 2016, 93 Days is now available on Amazon Prime Video for viewers in the UK and US. 93 Days is centered on the battle against Ebola during the 2014 outbreak of the virus in Lagos. The film told the stories of the men and women—including Dr. Ameyo Adadevoh—who risked their lives so the deadly disease doesn’t spread in Lagos; thereby saving countless lives.
93 Days was jointly produced by Bolanle Austen-Peters Production, Michel Angelo Production and Native FilmWorks. It was directed by Steve Gukas. It stars Bimbo Akintola as Doctor Adadevoh. Other cast members include Charles Okafor, Bimbo Manuel, Somkhele Iyamah, Danny Glover and Gideon Okeke.
