In the most unbelievable fashion, President Buhari has just tweeted that the Nigerian Air Force dropped a bomb on a civilian community in Rann, Borno State.
The numbers of deaths being reported from what was meant to be an attack on Boko Haram insurgents gone wrong so far have been between 100 and 200.
