Amaarae and Wande Coal deliver sensual performances on the alluring ‘Spend Some Time’

Way before Amaarae stole the hearts of Nigerians with her contribution to Odunsi (The Engine)’s debut project on Hectic, her silky verse on Santi’s Rapid Fire and her performance during the Art X Live show, she has been hard at work in her home country, Ghana, perfecting her craft and getting ready to take the continent by storm. Finally, with the congregation of her eclectic group officially known as The Intergalactic Strippers, it seems like the Ghana-born star is ready to diffuse the African music industry with her sound. She does this head on this week with the Wande Coal assisted Spend Some Time produced by Rvdical The Kid and Obed.

Introduced by textured Keys perfectly woven with padded bass and a xylophonic sound, Amaarae croons on her concerns about waning feelings and her desire to rectify things followed by an equally willowy articulated verse delivered by Wande Coal, a performance that brings to mind, the unquestionable quality of his vocals. Together, the sensual duo takes us on an almost psychedelic trip inspired by matters of the heart.

Amaarae is back and better and we can’t wait to see what she acquired during her break and how she will deliver them.
