In 2018, emotive singer and songwriter, Johnny Drille, held the first edition of his intimate concert, Johnny’s Room Live. Fans were treated to alluring live performances by Johnny Drille and others in Lagos and Abuja as he was joined by the likes of Simi, Tjan and Ric Hassani.
One year later, Johnny’s Room Live is returning to three Nigerian cities. Lagos is first up with the first leg of the concert scheduled to hold at Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, Lagos, on October 27.
The live sessions will continue through Abuja and Johnny’s home city of Benin on the 8th and 15th of December 2019 respectively.
It is clear that the chance to connect with fans and listeners is an opportunity that the former Project Fame contestant cherishes, “I want to give them the greatest show ever,” Johnny Drille says, “Last year, we got fans asking us to hold another edition barely months after the first. That’s what we’re promising. I want to give them a night they’ll want to relive forever.”
