Niyi Akinmolayan (Wedding Party 2) and Zulu Oyibo (producer) were the latest guests on AccelerateTV’s Plug It, where they discussed their upcoming drama The Set Up, women being the position of power, diversification in Hollywood and domination of romantic comedies in Nollywood.
Plug It is a show where guests, ranging from entertainment professionals to entrepreneurs, discuss the latest trends in the world whilst plugging in their newest projects. The Set Up is Akinmolayan’s latest film. The movie is produced by Oyibo’s Inkblot Productions. The film tells the story of a young woman, Chike (Adesua Etomi), who gets more than she bargained for and is drawn into a web of deceit when a socialite hires her to aid his plans to marry a wealthy heiress.
