For a very long time, P Square were undoubtedly one of Nigeria’s biggest pop acts. Following their split, both acts have made attempts to mark their territory. Rudeboy’s (aka Paul Okoye) latest attempt at winning the listeners is a collaboration with Reminisce tagged Is Allowed.

Going along Shaku Shaku tropes on Is Allowed, Rudeboy encourages his listeners to loosen up and dance. “Back it up, give it up… Moni ki e keep on rocking! Is allowed! E sha ma a jijo daddy. Is allowed!”, sings Rudeboy. Apart from cheering the audience, Rudeboy promises to change the music game. “I go change the game o! I no fit shout cos we no be mate o” , he sings, perhaps throwing a subliminal jibe at his twin brother, Mr P. On the last verse, we hear a sexually explicit Reminisce.
