From Ojuelegba to Beverly Hills, Wizkid Is Officially a Ciroc Ambassador.

The past few years for Wizkid have been characterized by making a push in the Western market that none of his contemporaries have been able to match. The rise from Ojuelegba to Beverly Hills, has been interesting to see and Wiz continues to find new heights to reach. This year, the biggest of those was walking the runway for Dolce and Gabbana in Milan at the start of the summer and now he joins the list of Ciroc Ambassadors.

Over the past few weeks, he has been in Los Angeles recording new music, shooting videos and recently announced on his Instagram that he is the latest Ciroc boy on the block. Diddy released a video of him and Wizkid at his Los Angeles house last week and it went viral in the Nigerian media space.

Wiz’s deal with Ciroc appears to be different from that of personalities like Toke Makinwa and Tekno as it comes from the top and not the vodka brand’s Nigerian arm. Wiz joins acts like DJ Khaled, French Montana, Teyana Taylor and Cassper Nyovest on the brand’s list of ambassadors. A big win for Wizkid who will benefit from being associated with the brand and the media mogul and an equally big win for the culture. Also, going off Wiz’s tweets, this could be the start of an interesting relationship with Diddy.
