CBL Africa Returns to Lagos With Final Four Tournament This Weekend

As far as basketball goes, following the NBA Playoffs, College Basketball’s March Madness sits at the top of the list across most boards. CBL Africa coins the term for its proceedings with the NCAA in mind by tagging its events “May Madness” as six teams from Nigeria, Cameroon, Ivory Coast and Gabon compete against one another in fixtures which travel from city to city after each gameweek.

This weekend, 3rd and 4th of June, CBL shall return to Teslim Balogun Stadium in Lagos when four teams, Abidjan Raiders, Yaounde Giants, Eko Kings and Lagos City Stars take to the courts for the semi-finals and championship games.

As far as basketball goes in Nigeria, these are some of the most competitive games you’ll find so if you’re a fan of the sport, we believe there’s nowhere better to be. You can buy your tickets here.
