Mr Eazi And J Balvin Match Rhythmic Energies On Upbeat ‘Arcoíris’

Last year, Mr. Eazi put a foot in Latin America’s spinning industry through Grammy nominees, J Balvin and Bad Bunny’s Como Un Bebe, the closer on the spicy Latin pop duo’s surprise album, Oasis.

This year, he attempts to fully insert himself into their world by joining J Balvin on Arcoíris, a track off his just-released 6th solo studio album, Colores.

The duo, along with now frequent collaborator, Michael Brun, brings the party back on the colorful track with a title that translates to Rainbow in English. The trio is the colors that they sing about in their delivery; bright, meaningful and effective with the excellent combination of Yoruba, Latin, and a syncopated rhythm.

When he spoke to Apple Music about the single, J Balvin said:

“It sounds a lot like Africa but it has Latin flavor and we combined all the colors into the rhythm”

Who better to serve as a unifier than Mr. Eazi who is stealing the show while touting the African flag across the world today?
