Over the past few months, the Nigerian Police Force have come under scrutiny for their brutal and inhumane methods of conducting the business of keeping Nigerian citizens safe. While our leaders remained quiet through the Anti-SARS protests, the biggest condemnation of the problem of police brutality came from the citizens on the internet doing their bit to share stories of encounters and for some actually heading out on the streets in protest. Art, has always been another method to speak out and in Joules Da Kid, Ajebutter and Comedian Ebiye’s RRS, we were introduced to what we can tag an anti-police anthem.

The sentiment is further expanded upon in the video which sees Bollylomo and Comedian Ebiye act as policemen who lock Joules up for charges that probably shouldn’t stick and then draw a sizeable bribe before allowing Joules regain his freedom.
