Just Peachy! – Day 39

This is one of those throw-in-a-bunch-of-shit-and-hope-for-the-best recipes and my hopes for this smoothie were fulfilled. Somebody say hallelujah. Although, to be fair, it’s hard to fail when making a smoothie so maybe hold back your hallelujahs for when I figure out how to make okra soup without potash.

 

BANANA BLUEBERRY STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of sugarcane molasses
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 bananas
100g of blueberries
3-5 strawberries
½ cup of oat milk
Ice cubes
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional)

Method

Just blend it all together. I blended the dry ingredients first i.e. the seeds, then added the rest and blended for about 30 seconds. Why am I even telling you this? Have you never made a smoothie before?
