After beginning the year with an American tour, Mayorkun set out to close it with three shows across Nigeria, one in Ibadan, one in Abuja and the last in Lagos in December. The first of those, a free show in Oyo’s capital, saw him pull a crowd of 13,000 with support from his label mates and peers like LAX and Small Doctor.
This Saturday, on the 11th of August, with support from label mates like Peruzzi, Dremo, Idowest and Yonda as well as Ghanaian friends, Kidi and Kuami Eugene and other Nigerian counterparts, Lil Kesh, Dice Ailes and Skales, he shall take on Abuja at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel.
