The first award show of the year, Soundcity MVP Awards, held at the Eko Convention Center on Saturday the 5th of January in Lagos. As many probably expected going in, Burna Boy was the biggest winner as he ended the night with four plaques. Acts like Teni, Patoranking, Busiswa and AKA were also awarded.
