Once every four years, on the 29th of May, Nigeria swears in a new government. Three years ago, Muhammadu Buhari and Yemi Osinbajo were sworn in with the promise of change. While there will be a split on how much they have delivered, it’s another Democracy Day and President Buhari addressed the nation this morning from Abuja.
