Wizkid Finally Ends Hiatus With The Long Awaited ‘Ghetto Love’

Wizkid has perfectly mastered a laidback demeanor in dealing with his music career. The giant sum of his 2019 effort is limited to Larry Gaaga’s Low. He finally delivers today on the Killertunes and Kel P produced Ghetto Love which not only serves as a comeback track and a prelude to his coming album but a rebirth seeing as the release of the single prompted him to delete all of his Instagram posts in a bid to start afresh.

The strictly Afrobeat track follows the path of romance with bits of self-appraisal. In the accompanying video, Wizkid takes a different route as he takes us on a journey of growth through his eyes and that of a child who plays the role of little Wizkid. He seals the promise of the upcoming album with a short clip of his retreating figure donned in Made in Lagos merchandise.
