Phyno Deviates From The Norm In Glamorous Video For ‘Gods Willing’

The video roll-out for the revered select off Phyno’s third studio album, Deal With It has been almost as exciting as the album’s appraisal itself and while we adjusted to the majority of its gloriousness in 2019, it had its shortfalls stemming from overused themes in the videos. This year it looks like Phyno is out to cover all the loopholes as he shares the Runtown assisted Gods Willing, an artistic far cry from the usual and welcome development to Phyno’s creativity.

In what resembles an avant-garde visual narration of a supreme being’s subconscious, Phyno performs his edgy lyrics joined by Runtown and a myriad of alternative elements significant to the track’s true meaning. Though it lacks the signature of the dramatic element to Phyno’s usual offering, the TG Omori directed video makes up for its lack of the norm with artistic weight.
