Nigerian Afro-Fusion/ Dancehall artist Kold AF formerly known as Koel is set to release her new single Nobody 2 Somebody alongside ArkTik Kold LTD/ The Orchard talented French producer BGRZ on the 1st of September, 2023.
In the track which brilliantly fuses R&B and Afrobeats, opens with KoldAF telling the story of her humble beginnings, acknowledging her status before she became somebody. As the song progresses, she prays for the much-needed upgrade to move from nobody to somebody.
Taken off from their collaborative EP, Kollide, set to be released on the 4th of October, 2023, which will feature French artist Tuerie, the single perfectly merges the elements of R&B, DanceHall, and Afrobeats sounds.
Kold AF’s 2020 release Shimmer with Keziri was featured on the TV Series “The L World: Generation Q”, and was on playlists covers on Spotify (Sizzlers) and Boomplay (Young & Pop, RNB & You).
