Amapiano Queens Sha Sha and Kamo Mphela Release Music Video for “iPiano”

Sha Sha and Kamo Mphela have released the music video for their single “iPiano”, in which they feature co-South African Fe Lo Tee. Fans of the Amapiano artists can watch the video on Sha Sha’s YouTube account.

The music video is coming six months after the single’s release in December 2021. South African director and editor Nape Phasha shot and directed the music video. Music videos like Elaine’s “Risky”, Boity’s “Bakae”, and Vato Kayde’s “Lost Hills” were all directed by Phasha.

The all-women music video opens with a strutting Sha Sha wearing what looks like a Maleficent costume without the horned headpiece. The women dance in sync, slowly and sensually. Mphela, also a professional dancer, brings an unbridled energy in the latter half of the music video.

Sha Sha says this about the music video: “iPiano with Kamo Mphela shows that women can work together and still both shine. I’m a huge fan of hers and I can’t wait for people to vibe to the song and music video.”

Sha Sha’s debut EP Blossom was released in 2019. Her debut album I’m Alive will be released later this year.
