Andre Ajayi and Dexter Onyekuru of Awfuly Good Productions unveil their new web series, Green Card. It is a sharp, comic look at the hustle behind the American Dream, starring Anthony Fagbeyiro, Sam Odetoyinbo, and OV Overo.
Green Card, the daring new web series from executive producer and director Andre Ajayi, officially launched August 9th, 2025 on Youtube, introducing audiences to a world where immigration law meets hustle, chaos, and unfiltered ambition. The story follows Tobi, a recent college graduate whose student visa is about to expire. With no legal status, no job prospects, and no clear plan, Tobi refuses to give up on his American dream—even if it means diving headfirst into a series of increasingly wild and questionable schemes to get a green card. Along for the ride are his two roommates and best friends, Robbins and Tunde, who get pulled deeper into Tobi’s chaos with every episode.
Green Card is about the pressure to make it in America when the system is stacked against you,” says creator Andre Ajayi. “The subject of citizenship is more prevalent now than it ever has been. The people need something to laugh about during these trying times.”
