Since Burna transcended the African industry, there has been no stopping him. Month after month, he has proven that he is indeed worth his self dubbed African Giant title by doubling down on critics with finer projects and ensuring he doesn’t renege on his already toppling discography. Fresh off the release of his first single of 2020, Odogwu, he returns this month with the avant-garde video for the acclaimed Kel P produced single.
The TG Omori video is a continuation of the appropriation of Igbo culture he began in the song. As with everything he does, bold and boastful, Burna does not entirely rely on cultural references in the video but sets scenes aside to highlight in now transcendent nature in the industry by switching from ancient to modern in these scenes.
