It’s been a huge year for Grammy-nominated artiste Burna Boy. Still basking in the far-reaching success from the Twice As Tall release last month, Burna recently unveiled another stellar project that we did not see coming; a capsule collection in collaboration with global clothing retail brand, BoohooMAN.

Taking the liberty of the lockdown period, Burna together with a virtual team from Manchester and Lagos, designed a 120-piece collection tailored to the BoohooMAN functionality aesthetic. With a custom-printed “B” logo to stand for Burna Boy, the designs consist of matching sets, tie-dye styles, slides, varsity vests among other choice items that reflect Burna’s distinct fashion sense and the BoohooMAN signature blend of comfort and trendy. Nigeria’s vibrant green is also a major feature of the collection. A significant theme to coincide with Nigeria’s ongoing 60th year celebrations.

Burna Boy’s release follows American artist Swae Lee’s, who also launched a collection with boohooMAN during the Summer. The Burna Boy x BoohooMAN was released on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, and is already available for purchase on the Boohooman official website.
