Chidinma Delivers Soulful Performance For The Herbert Macaulay Effect OST ‘Nobody’s Fool’

As the entertainment industry evolves with global best practice, it’s only natural that novel ideas seep into the work. OSTs are gradually being introduced into Nigerian movies. Albeit quite loose, Sess’s rendition of Original Gangster for Kemi Adetiba’s King of Boys is a prime example. This week, Imoh Umoren and Chidinma Ekile take it a step further with a track titled Nobody’s Fool on the latter’s official sophomore effort, The Herbert Macaulay Effect.

Accompanied by an emotive video filled with clips from the movie which will premiere on the 25th of this month, the Charlie and Sizzle Pro produced Nobody’s Fool is an emotion ridden stance to not accept anything less than subpar and not be taken for a fool by those in high places in whatever capacity.

The Imoh Umoren video takes the same theme as the vintage-inspired movie and is by all indications, an appendage of The Herbert Macaulay Effect itself and not just a soundtrack.
