CKay Signs Global Deal with AWAL Ahead of Upcoming EP

Nigerian music sensation CKay has inked a global partnership with AWAL, signaling a fresh creative direction and expanded international ambitions. The announcement comes alongside news of his upcoming EP, slated for release in June.

Known for his genre-blending sound and emotional depth, CKay has amassed over 3 billion streams, achieved multiple platinum records, and charted across continents. Now, with this new deal, he’s entering a phase defined by artistic independence, strategic growth, and a deepened global footprint.

Due in June 2025, CKay’s new EP CKay The Second builds on his debut with a more refined, expansive sound. Mixing Afrobeats, R&B, and alt-pop influences, the project explores themes of love, self-discovery, and transformation, capturing an artist in full bloom.
