Custodian Fitness: Working out without a gym

Term’s nearly ending, thus renewing gym membership may not seem wise for December but we still have 17 more days to go of ‘summer body in winter time’. What to do? Workout in Heels!

The idea may be seemingly bonkers, but for legs, heels help create resistance in the absence of weights. So within the very walls  of your house/room you can tone your legs, abs and arms in one. IN Heels!

3 minutes Warm up ( fast feet up and down the stairs )

20 squats

NO REST!

10 Push ups (hold abs in!)

1 minute REST

Repeat 5 times.

20 Jump Lunges

NO REST!

Plank (keep your bottom down and abs tight!)

1 Minute REST

Repeat 10 Times

2 Minute Rest

Bicep Curls with 90 degrees Wall sit.

30 Second REST

Arms Out with 90 Degrees Wall sit

Repeat 4 times.

Skip to warm down and Stretch ! 🙂

ALL in Heels? YES! if you can or it least the legs exercises!
