Taking a dive into his cultural heritage, Melody was crafted in collaboration with burgeoning producer, Ransom Beatz. An Afrobeat groove packed with rhythm from the get-go, with Damola’s silky falsetto riding said grooves, the video is a colorful representation of his witty and engaging narrative.
“When I was writing ‘melody’ I wanted to create a sound that when people listen to it they will be forced to groove to it. I want to bring joy to the hearts and faces of the people, and the right melody does that.” Damola explains and in this video while doing this, he extends his inspiration to his viewers.
