In Brave director, Brenda Chapman’s upcoming movie and live action directorial debut tagged Come Away, she shall reimagine the stories of Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan with Alice and Peter as siblings. The movie shall see us through Peter and Alice’s lives before they went to Wonderland and Neverland and shall feature Angelina Jolie and David Oyelowo.
“Angelina and David are going to bring a beautiful chemistry and depth to this magical story, giving audiences a wonderful step outside the expected,” Chapman said in a statement to Deadline.
Come Away is written by Marissa Kate Goodwill and the film is set to shoot in the U.K. and Los Angeles with Leesa Kahn, James Spring and Andrea Keir producing and Michelle Manning executive producing.
