The bromance shared between the members of the Davido Music Worldwide label can only be compared to what the members of Young Money Entertainment shared in their early days. In the history of Nigeria, we have only seen record labels like Mavin and Mo Hits Records pull off this kind of togetherness between label mates.
Ever since Davido started signing hit makers to the label, we’ve become privy to a ton of features between label mates and in recent times, team collaborations. Team collaborations have now birthed joint EPs.
Yesterday night Peruzzi hinted at a joint EP via a tweet equally mirrored by Davido. The EP per their tweets might be titled B.V V1 and it also hints at more collaborations to come in latter volumes.

Perhaps one between Peruzzi and Mayorkun who are clearly getting positive results from studio experiments. The duo teased new music on Twitter yesterday night and people are loving R&B/Soul record reminiscent of PSquare’s offerings in their early days.
Each member of the record label can boast a successful 2018. From Davido with his slew of hits and current US tour which has seen him trailblaze through different states to Mayorkun with his own catalogue of 2018 hits to Dremo who released an acclaimed project to Peruzzi whose diverse contributions in the Nigerian music scene have resulted in him being on everyone’s good music radar.
Its safe to say these days when any signee of the label teases new music, we’re ever ready. For the B.V V1 EP and Peruzzi’s coming single, we’re definitely ready to turn our speakers up.
