I and a friend were "attacked" by 8 policemen a stone throw away from my house. They divided themselves into 2 meaning 4 ARMED police officers per person. I was told to strip and one of them started taking pictures while the remaining 3 laughed and said some disgusting things

When he was done, they told me they would post the pictures on line and take me to the station if I didnt settle them. My purse was taken and my ATM card was held. These animals carried me to the GTB bank machine still unclothed. Asked me to put my pin and said I should clear

The account. I had 50 grand. I had just buried my father so financially I was hanging on by a thread. When they were done…they threw my clothes at me and left me there. My friend they took to first bank far away from me so by the time they were finally done with him

He had to drive back..pick me then take me home. I never told him exactly what they did…I just got home….bathed and cried myself to sleep. I am alive thankfully.
Things could have gone a whole lot worse for me that night but all they took was money.— LadyHeisenberg (@LadyHeisenberg) October 19, 2020
Who was I to report to when the people who were sworn to protect me were the exact people carrying out the crime.
What was my Crime?
Just being 2 young people.
I still carry a burning HATRED for them and avoid them as best as possible.— LadyHeisenberg (@LadyHeisenberg) October 19, 2020
We are fighting for a better society.
We are fighting for all the blood that has been spilled and all the parents who have had to bury their children.
We are fighting for all the girls who have been raped.
We are even fighting for a better life for these same police officers.— LadyHeisenberg (@LadyHeisenberg) October 19, 2020
I remember the first time SARS robbed me in Ojuelegba under bridge in 2016. They saw my account balance and decided I was too young to have more than a million naira in my account. Money I saved to pay tuition abroad. SARS stole my tuition fee #SARSMUSTEND

It was the single most traumatizing experience of my life. SARS stole my tuition fee. I remember getting home and locking myself up for days, I couldn’t eat, I was suicidal. SARS robbed just because they unilaterally decided I was to young to have such an amount #SARSMUSTEND

I understand your plight, my 25 year old daughter had a nasty experience with SARS, almost losing her life.

When I remember that night they would have "wasted" my friend and I in 2017, as well as all the horror stories I've read here, I can't but keep pushing for them to #EndSARS.

They killed a man, set his car on fire after realizing who he was, ran to the office to make a statement but unfortunately for them, passerby had put out the fire almost immediately they left the scene, the top hierarchy found all the evidence, that story died, it is not a movie!

Story I just heard from Lekan about his experience with SARS just brought chills down my spine.
A bank teller tipped SARS off that Lekan got a transfer of N9m (money from family to be used as proof of funds to travel to Canada)
They demanded 1million or he’d be killed! #EndSARS

As days go by, the protests get deeper calling for reforms beyond police brutalities and the emergence of a new Nigeria.
