Here’s a quick morning routine that’ll keep you feeling well kept:

75 sit-ups with a 45 second break after every set of 25 (or crunches if you prefer)
40 jumping jacks
40 squats with a break after 20
1 minute of planking
20 leg lifts on each leg

It might also be a good idea to invest into a punching bag. Its a good form of cardio and can be done in your room. Before you take a shower and start your day, replace your morning boost of caffeine with a glass of lemon water and you’ll feel great!
