Ghanaian songbird, Gyakie is not showing any signs of slowing down as she unveils the official music video for her song, For My Baby off her recently released EP, ‘My Diary’.
The music video was directed by George Guise (whose credits include Tiwa Savage, Sarkodie, Falz, Maleek Berry) and explores a subtle theme that complements the focus on Gyakie as an uprising figure that is fashion-forward and undoubtedly talented. This relatable story of a small-town girl from Africa’s gold coast region is one of many reasons Gyakie is garnering a lot of love and attention all over the world.
For My Baby is the second video the young star has released off her EP. The track is a smooth-sounding R&B number showcasing her rich velvety vocals as she croons desire and ignites emotions on a slowed down tempo.
While the track is a reminder that her sound is only good vibes and pure joy, the accompanying visuals spotlight her alluring persona as she puts her a little of her acting and dancing skills on display.
