‘Hire a Woman’ Now Streaming on Multichoice’s Showmax

It is an interesting period for Nollywood, films are enjoying extensive distribution after their theatrical release—Netflix and Amazon Prime are continuously increasing their Nollywood roster and so is new player Showmax.

The streaming platform which boasts of blockbusters such as 30 Days in Atlanta and 93 Days is now streaming 2019 rom-com, Hire a Woman.

The film follows Jide, a tech nerd who has been stuck on his ex for years. He is meeting with old friends at a reunion party and hires girlfriend to prove he is over his ex. However, things spiral out of control and buried feeling are brought to the surface.

Hire a Woman, produced by Chinney Eze, is the sequel to her 2017 hit Hire a Man which follows a similar storyline with the protagonist hiring a boyfriend for a getaway with her family.
