Terminator 3: Rise of the machines, The Hangover Part III, The Matrix Revolution, Spider-Man 3, Son of the Mask, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Evan Almighty, 300: Rise of an empire. What these sequels have in common is their disheartening performance in comparison to their prequel. This brings us to Queen by DNA.
Released by Nigeria’s second favorite twin duo Clinton and Blair, Queen does not quite do it for us. In comparison to its predecessor How Can released in March of 2017, this song is just ‘there’. No witty or catchy lines, no signature ‘Don Jazzy’ sound. Nothing. The song doesn’t say or cause much.
However, it is good to see that these brilliant performers did not just go underground like many other contestants from The Voice Season 1. We respect their craft and hope the video is able to salvage the song.
