One of the hottest prospects to come out of West Africa in recent times, KiDi doubles down on the accolades and affiliations he has received by attempting to dominate summer charts and playlists with Touch It, his just-released Afrobeats infused high-life single with the makings of a summer anthem.
KiDi’s desire for Touch It is that its tropical sound plane, combined with his smooth vocals allows for a little bit of sunshine even in the darkest of days and he’s able to achieve this with the way he navigates its springy percussions.
Touch It is taken from KiDi’s forthcoming album titled The Golden Boy slated for mid-June 2021 release and while its anthemic qualities indicate its summer domination, it also serves as the perfect precursor to the project that’s meant to highlight his best sonic qualities.
