Kold AF  Extends Afrofusion Exploits With EP, “no PITY”

Emerging as a prominent figure in the Afro-Fusion scene, Kold AF has garnered widespread acclaim as a standout artist to watch from 2023 to now, 2024 by positioning as a key representative of Nigeria’s new musical wave, with collaborations with major Afrobeats artists like Moelogo, solidifying her presence in the industry. She added more feathers to her cap with her feature in Ejoya’s Class of ’23, an annual project showcasing the next generation of African superstars.

 Consolidating on her successes, she has released an EP titled no PITY in collaboration with alternative soul artist Aema on International Women’s Day. The first track, EVERYDAY (I DEY PRAY), sees both artists envisioning their future accomplishments while acknowledging the challenges faced by young women worldwide. Addressing the struggles that sometimes obscure their grand visions, the song reflects optimism and realism.

The EP’s second track, no PITY is a powerful anthem against sexual violence, embodying an unwavering stance for survivors who fight back.
