2015 was Lil Kesh’s year as Efejoku, Gbese and Is It Because I Love You topped charts.
When, on Saturday night, at the Headies, Kesh lost out on the Next Rated award to Reekado Banks, outrage ensued. Many of Kesh’s fans took to Twitter to air their discontent at the decision of the Headies and show their support for the 20 year old sensation. Kesh seems to have gotten over the loss quickly as shown by his congratulatory message to Reekado.
Some claimed Kesh lost out primarily because of his appeal to the streets. Kesh however, replies by stating that he does love all his local fans and as such he releases Ibile for them. Ibile is produced by YBNL monster duo, Young Jonn the wicked producer and Pheelz
