The idea of Burna Boy being the Nigerian artist most primed for the international market will reveal itself as time goes on. Recently signed to Atlantic Records, Burna has featured on music with the likes of Rita Ora, recently released an effort with Lily Allen and boasts the only feature on legendary American rock band, Fall Out Boy’s latest album, Mania.
The penultimate track on the album, Sunshine Riptide sees Burna deliver the second verse in admirable version. For a fact, he’d never be featured on the project if he didn’t have the quality but it’s interesting to see Burna fit in almost perfectly.
