Last time we saw M.anifest and Burna Boy together, they were carrying the cross of an age-old national secret on a single off the latter’s Grammy-nominated album, African Giant. However this week as they return as a duo, they lean towards matters of the heart on M.anifest’s latest, Tomorrow which comes after his collaboration with Simi on Big Mad.
Burna Boy leads the pack with a sultry verse that precedes the track’s emotion glistening hook and chorus. M.anifest’s corny bars are a witty projection of his feelings for his lover and in the accompanying video, the duo do better in subtly but charmingly visualizing their precious feelings.
M.anifest and Burna Boy are a duo suited for each other and Tomorrow is yet another proof of this.
