Following the success of La vida and collaboration with Grammy nominee Vic Mensa, Ghanaian-Madina artiste M.anifest releases another head-bopping track called Scorpio Flow off his forthcoming fifth studio album Madina To The Universe(MTTU) which is set to drop on October 28, 2021.
Scorpio Flow represents M.anifest’s ferocious and untamed approach to creating musical art with collaborations from drum roll artistes such as Burna Boy, Frisco, Sway, Tems, Amaarae, Kojey.
Produced by Ghanaian talented beat-maker Drvmroll, and Rvdical the kid, Scorpio flow is a continued streak to M.anifest’s strong musical abilities as he deploys intricate wordplay on sleek drum-heavy instrumentals to remind his fans and peers of his dominance in the African music ecosystem.
Speaking on this track, Manifest said: “Scorpio Flow is a reminder that underneath my cool exterior is a sea of untamed fire. I muse about being Scorpio a lot and this is my musical representation of that musing; untamed, relentless, and ferocious when it comes to my art.”
Accompanying the track is a video that projects M.anifest hometown, Madina. Directed by Ghanaian female cinematographers, Edith Nwekenta and Motheo Moeng, the video shows M.anifest returning to the place that shaped his formative years and inspired his music journey.
