There’s been a lot of talk of late of the idea of our favourite artists going on world tours that don’t include shows across the African continent. When Diplo announced a five-stop African tour in April this year many were pleased and even more so when he turned up across the continent with Walshy Fire by his side. Continuing their commitment to the continent’s music, they release a mix which could pass as a Nigerian mix with very little coming from other countries across the continent.
Some of the tracks featured are Major Lazer remixes while the majority are original versions and those who make the mix include Skales, Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido, Tekno, Maleek Berry, Yemi Alade, Sauti Sol and DJ Maphorisa.
