DMW’s Ichaba’s new single is a feel good upbeat record featuring label head honcho, Davido titled Man Must Chop. The afrobeat track is doused in gyrating drums, flutes and electro synths all cushioning loose lyrics brashly hinting at a compulsion to live large; legitimately or otherwise.
Ichaba is relentless in pursuing the rewards of his labour and the repeated chants of “any way man must chop” elaborately prove his desires . With vocal and instrumental help from Davido, Fresh and Vstix he delivers an almost perfect hustler’s anthem.
