Leading Cognac brand, Martell has a new campaign film called A Standout Swift Story under its “Be The Standout Swift” campaign. Featuring the brand’s global ambassador and Afrobeats superstar, Davido, the short film showcases the audacity of the superstar and sheds light on how he challenges the status quo.
Inspired by Davido and Martell’s shared purpose of redefining conventions and paving the path for others, the film celebrates the superstar’s resilience. The film also pays homage to Davido’s mantra ‘We Rise By Lifting Others’ by featuring members of his team who have reached global recognition due to the superstar’s impact.
Talking about the short film, Davido says being A Standout Swift Story allows him to pay tribute to the legacy he has created in not just the music industry but his communities as well.
