MIC Terry Explores love As He Hopes For A Better Future on Six Track EP ‘Fusion’

Budding musician MIC Terry takes us on an interesting journey in his new EP titled Fusion. Using a variation of afro-fusion and afro-pop, the project explores love, pays homage to beautiful African women everywhere, and echoes his dreams for his future.

Free of features, the EP opens with Philomena, which is hinged on the popular saying that behind every successful man is a woman. Singing to Philomena, he appreciates her for being his ‘ginger’ and pushing him to reach his full potentials.

The ensuing track E choke has nothing to do with love and everything to do with the popular Nigerian slang. The groovy song lets listeners know how he turns up at parties. Terry goes back to love in Movie as he serenades his woman singing about a love that can only be found in movies.

The love theme continues in Afrikan Woman and Bounce. Over the fast beats, the singer is mesmerized by the beauty and physical features of the African woman as he promises to die for her. The EP ends with Jah, an honest prayer to God to bless him so he never loses the affections of his woman. Producers like Yussybeatz, Slashbeatz, Prod106, Yoelsoundz and Virgobeats lend their talents to the project.
