Mojeed Returns With Silk Young On ‘We Move’

Back in 2014, Mojeed among a handful of others was one whose prospects, gleaned from the superb work done on his debut project, Westernized West African, spelled hope for new school Hip-hop in the Nigerian music industry. His reign was brief but impactful enough to set the tone for his just-released comeback single, We Move featuring sultry vocalist, Silk Young.

It’s been six years since Mojeed spun his come up by way of mind-altering bars on Westernized West African, but We Move indicates nothing has changed, at least sonic wise. Mojeed is lax in the delivery of his life story and convictions from lessons learned, an appraised habit that became hot on our radars in 2014. He holds down production and songwriting, two features indicative of his resilience.
