For his new single, Mr Wakobi teams up with Spiritual Vibes on Forgiven. With a confident tone, the rap and Afrobeat international artist talks about the people praying for his downfall as he boasts about being successful in spite of their hate.
By the second verse, he is ready to forgive as he encourages them to stop being mad at him but focus instead on finding the solutions to their problems. On the idea for this new song, his management writes;
“Every creative artist has a message they want to send across with their music. For Wakobi, he desires to inspire listeners, especially young people. Many youth today don’t know what direction to take because of the challenges they face. Wakobi believes that with determination and commitment, everyone will eventually achieve their goal”.
