Nodash’s ‘The Delivery Boy’ now Streaming on Amazon Prime Video

The Delivery Boy, the critically acclaimed directorial debut, by cinematographer Adekunle ‘Nodash’ Adejuyigbe, is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

The film won the Best Nigerian Film Award at the 2017 Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) and has played at several international festivals. It had twelve nominations at the recently held Africa Movie Academy Award (AMAA) and won in the Best Achievement in Visual Effects category.

The story follows Amir, a runaway suicide bomber and Nkem, a young prostitute, the two unlikely partners must rely on each other—despite their differences—to survive a dark night while seeking answers to the secrets responsible for their current predicaments.

The Delivery Boy stars Jamil Ibrahim and Jemima Osunde as Amir and Nkem respectively. Other cast members are Charles Etubiebi, Kehinde Fasuyi, Jude Chukwuka, and Chris Iheuwa.

The film was written, directed, shot and edited by Adejuyigbe. Adejuyigbe is more known in the industry as a cinematographer, he is behind beautiful pictures such as Kunle Afolayan’s The Tribunal and Jade Osiberu’s Isoken. With TDB, he shows he can offer so much more.
