I don’t want to ruin it, so here’s the IrokoTV blurb on the film:
“A young man struggles to find a job and make something of his life. Things begin to change when he invites a mysterious woman into his home…”
That pretty much sums up the premise of the movie, but the story has far more twists and turns than one would expect. O.C Ukeje and Joke Silva star as the protagonists, Silva being the mysterious visitor. It was very interesting to watch, and will literally keep you guessing the whole way through, racing to figure out what’s really going on before the movie comes to an end.
I will say, for all of the build-up, the film did kind of fall flat at the end. I expected a lot more from the “big reveal” but maybe that’s just me. Also, I just felt like I left with a lot of unanswered questions that kept me thinking about it long after it was done. Other than that, though, I would definitely recommend it and there’s a lot to be enjoyed from the individual performances.
