Following the release of their first single of 2022 Unruly featuring Manchester rapper Meekz, six-man East London Afrofusion group NSG are set to host their Make Afroswing Great Again Show.

Set to be hosted by Dankie Sounds and scheduled for Saturday July 15th at Outernet (London) as part of their campaign to promote and popularize the Afroswing genre, the show will see NSG unite some of the most influential acts  in the music industry. With performances expected from the likes of JAE 5, Steel Banglez and other yet-to-be-announced acts, NSG is set to light up the show and deliver what promises to be a roadblock event. Tickets can be purchased at Dice.fm from today.

Last month, NSG announced their collaboration with North London rap artist, Nines for their anticipated single Ride due for release later this month. This is coming after they dropped Unruly and recently delivered mesmerizing performances across Europe, Africa and Canada; and last month, they joined forces with La Fam to host an Area Boyz mech pop-up in Paris.

NSG, best regarded as a musical brotherhood—Kruddz, Mxjib, Mojo, OGD, Dope and Papii Abz—ruled 2021 with the release of  their Headliner EP which included outstanding collaborations with Mist, Patoranking and long-time collaborator JAE5, and jaw-dropping performances of their summer hit Petite.

Already consistently bringing a unique vibe to the UK underground scene before seguing into the mainstream music scene with 2019 summer hit Options, which peaked at #7 on the Official UK Charts and the #1 position on Spotify’s UK Viral Charts, as well as a subsequent strong of singles which includes Lupita and  Kate Winslet, NSG have proven themselves to a formidable and indispensable music ensemble. In 2020, they built on their existing reputation, adding to their musical ouvre and delivering the chart-topping mixtape Roots

“We’re not looking at a United Kingdom thing, we’re looking at a global thing,” NSG says, confirming their plans for global dominance and push for artistic longevity. Boasting over 730 million streams and many sold-out shows across the world, their vision is set to come to fruition.
