OG Emmy returns with a new EP titled Desire, a 7 track project inspired by love and vulnerability. The artist released his official debut single KitKat 2019, and since then has been on a steady rise building his repertoire. In 2021 he released his debut EP Sipping Remmy, a dynamic body of work filled with catchy songs and polished beats.
Showing a dedication to music, OG Emmy began writing and performing songs at local concerts at 14, and at 16 he created ‘XPOSURE’ a teen talent concert series. Building on his commitment to his artistry, he has explored different sounds and flows, all of which are shown in the blend of Pop, RnB, Afrobeats, Hip hop, and Dancehall in his EP Desire. The EP features production from incredible producers like Spykida, SKONDTRACK, Txmpo, Womzie, Trill Xoe, who all keep the EP fresh and thrilling.
Speaking about the major theme in the EP, OG Emmy says “Love is a very powerful theme and it has big influence on my music, whether it is love for humanity, a woman, or life, this EP is heavily influenced by love”.
