Phyno Shares Third Studio Album ‘Deal With It’

A follow up to Phyno‘s 2016 commercially successful The Playmaker, Deal With It is a compilation of 21 genre-bending tracks building on the Rapper’s discography since he changed the narrative way back in 2012 with Ghost Mode.

Frequent collaborators like Olamide and Flavour make appearances while new collaborators like Davido, Don Jazzy and Teni – whose verse is partially delivered in Igbo- bridge the gap between the old and new.

From the album’s first track, Intro (Deal With It) to likely hits, Ride for You featuring Davido and Ka Anyi Na Ayo featuring Teni to the politically correct Falz and the Phenom assisted Get the Info to the celebratory Blessings which leans on Don Jazzy and Olamide to personal favourite the jazz Afrobeat hybrid, Problem, Deal With It screams evolution, a new attitude towards his fanbase and a heightened sense of accountability in delivery.

In acclimatizing the public to what he terms a genius project, Phyno says the album is the climax of his blood, sweat and tears over the past 2 years and the best we’ve ever heard from him.
