Focus is one of those attributes that’s really priceless to have. When people begin looking your way it’s possible to lose sight of the goal in mind but trust that victories haven’t sent UK based artist producer David Meli on a track that was never part of the plan. His latest release, Bonjour and the follow up to his debut body of work, Indecisive is a reminder that he knows road.
Meli acknowledges the new found attention with lines like ‘now the blessing don dey come through’ but is quick to suggest that it’s only because of Malcolm Gladwell’s 10,000 hour rule and the work put in. Meli also quickly refocuses his attention to the things that matter most, putting out quality music and making his mula.
